Feeling exhausted no matter how much you sleep? ☕💤
Do you rely on caffeine to push through the day, only to feel wired, anxious, or drained by evening? Your adrenal glands might be crying out for help.
🌿 Adrenal fatigue isn’t a disease, but it’s a common stress-related imbalance I see in my holistic practice—especially in people who’ve been burning the candle at both ends.
If any of this sounds familiar, I’ve created a free Adrenal Fatigue Checklist to help you identify the signs and start supporting your body’s natural recovery process
What Causes Adrenal Fatigue?
While stress is the main driver, several lifestyle factors often contribute to or worsen adrenal exhaustion:
💥 Chronic Stress
Whether it’s work pressure, family demands, trauma, or even low-grade emotional stress, your adrenals can only sustain the “fight or flight” response for so long.
🕰️ Disrupted Circadian Rhythms
Our bodies are designed to be awake during the day and asleep at night. Late nights, screen exposure, shift work, or irregular schedules can confuse your biological clock—and suppress natural cortisol rhythms.
💤 Sleep Deprivation
Deep, restorative sleep is when your adrenals get a chance to reset. Without it, the stress cycle continues. Even mild, chronic sleep loss accumulates into deeper fatigue over time.
☕ Overuse of Stimulants
Caffeine and other energy boosters push your adrenals to fire when they’re already depleted. While they offer temporary relief, they can deepen long-term fatigue and disrupt hormone balance further.
