We know that we can not pretend to do the same things over and over again expecting a different result. We focus on our health foundation in key areas so that any health improvements are sustainable and long lasting. Supporting your body in this way utilizes daily practices, lifestyle, food as medicine, stress modulation, and way of living to create a strong foundation to reaching your goals.
Step 3: Look deeper into the root cause or causes to your symptoms.
Bringing in a curious mind and deeper questioning, we can use functional and integrative tests which broaden our scope of understanding who you are and how you got to your current health state. In depth and specific testing helps us identify key areas to work on that may be limiting factors in your overall health. Dr. Michael does not believe in a shot-gun approach to medicine, but a laser focus on potential causes so a treatment plan can be as specific and obtainable as possible.
