About

Everyday-medicine is a deliberate paradox.
A contradiction of words that has a power which seduces you to look a little deeper at simple everyday practices.

This paradox is where life meets magic in using activities to intentionally infuse ourselves with health and healing out of seemingly commonplace ideas and practices. With intention and wisdom about the world around us, we can begin to move towards harmony from the inner world to the outer world. Our bodies follow. Our biology follows and feeds on these concepts, and health radiates.
